Another Home Selling Option
In a previous video, I talked about the three things that determined
how to sell your home faster. Price, Condition, and Location,
and while that’s true in my opinion, Just as cash is King to the seller,
so is price to the buyer when it comes to real estate. If you don’t live
in the most desirable neighborhood and or you don’t have the money to make
the necessary repairs, then your other option is to put the house on the
market and sell it ” as is” But Please understand that taking this option
will attract a lot of bargain hunters and investors.
Your lowest offers will likely come from the later because after they renovate
the property they still have to make a profit.
I’m reminded of something I once heard from a fellow Realtor, And I quote
“Selling your house to an investor is a lot like taking your wedding rings
to a pawn shop.” You can take that for what it’s worth, but the bottom line
is You can come up with the money for repairs and list at a fair market value,
you can discount your asking price, or your can not to sell at all.
